Flavonoids are plant pigments that are

causes behind the development of osteoarthritis. Among these are

Foods rich in flavonoids include all
citrus fruits, apples, berries, red onion, broccoli, parsley, hot
peppers, celery, cocoa, green tea, chamomile tea, spices, and red
wine. So make sure to eat plenty of colored fruits and vegetables.
